1. What are the Fair opening hours?

The WI Fair is open from 29th March 2017 - 1st April 2017 The opening hours for each day are: 10.00am - 5.00pm

2. How do I get to the Fair?

You will find all the information you need to get to the show on the Where & When page on our website.

3. Does the venue have a car park?

Yes.  There is free parking at Alexandra Palace for a limited number of cars. However the car parks do get very full and we strongly advise that you take public transport to the show if you are not coming as part of an organised coach party. More transport information can be found on our Where & When page. If you are coming to the event as part of a group in either a coach or minibus you will need to apply for a Parking Pass in advance.

4. Do I need a parking pass for my coach or minibus

Yes.  Although parking is free you will need to obtain a parking pass if your group is travelling to the show by either coach or minibus.  Details of how to apply for one of these will be available on the ticket booking site. Please note: the parking passes come from our Operations team, not the ticket booking site, consequently they are not delivered at the same time.  They will be emailed to you in due course.

5. I have ordered a coach parking pass but it didn't come with the tickets

If you have ordered a coach parking pass it will be sent to you via email approximately 10 days before the Fair. We have found that if we send them out any earlier there is a tendency for them to be misplaced.

6. I forgot to order a free coach pass when I booked my tickets, how do I get one?

Please email marketing@thewifair.co.uk with the following details and we will ensure that your coach pass is issued to you:

  • Name
  • Contact phone number
  • Contact email
  • Group name
  • Day attending
  • Number of coach/minibus passes required (please specify vehicle)

7. I am disabled, how do I access Alexandra Palace and where can I park?

Due to new regulations imposed by the local council, it is no longer possible for blue badge holders to park at the front of the building.  Instead, they are asked to park at the back of the venue, but we will have a small buggy to transport disabled visitors to the entrance. (Please note this vehicle only takes a few passengers at a time and may mean a short wait.) The alternative is a 'flat' eight minute walk to the entrance.
